This Ciabatta with Bocconcini, Pesto & Sundried Tomato combines creamy bocconcini, vibrant pesto, and tangy sundried tomatoes on crusty bread. Quick, flavourful, and satisfying, it’s perfect for lunch, a light snack, or an elegant appetizer.
INGREDIENTS :
4 slices ciabatta bread, lightly toasted
150g bocconcini, sliced or cherry
2–3 tbsp pesto
4–6 sundried tomatoes, sliced
Optional: fresh basil leaves for garnish
[ serves 2-4 people ]
STEPS :
Spread pesto evenly over the toasted ciabatta slices
Layer with bocconcini and sundried tomatoes. Add basil leaves if desired
