INGREDIENTS :

12 cannelloni tubes
250g ricotta cheese
200g fresh spinach, cooked until wilted, strained well and chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan or Pecorino
1 egg
2 cups tomato passata or pomodoro sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Optional: pinch of nutmeg
