Grilled Halloumi, Garden
This Grilled Halloumi Garden Salad is a fresh, vibrant dish featuring golden, slightly crispy halloumi atop crisp lettuce, juicy cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Lightly dressed with olive oil and lemon, it’s perfect as a quick lunch, starter, or refreshing side.
INGREDIENTS :
200g halloumi, sliced
2 cups mixed lettuce leaves
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, sliced (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
[ serves 2 - 4 people]
STEPS :
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
Brush halloumi slices with olive oil and grill 1–2 minutes per side until golden and slightly charred
Toss lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Top the salad with grilled halloumi slices and serve immediately
