This Ricotta & Spring Onion Tart is a simple, flavourful dish combining creamy ricotta with the mild, fresh bite of spring onions. Light yet satisfying, it’s perfect for brunch, lunch, or as a shareable appetizer.

INGREDIENTS :

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
250g ricotta cheese
3–4 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 egg
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
