This Ricotta Honey & Lemon Dip combines creamy ricotta with the sweetness of honey and the brightness of lemon, with an optional hint of fresh thyme or mint for extra aroma. 1 cup ricotta (smooth and well-drained)
2 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
Zest of ½ lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Optional: fresh thyme leaves or chopped mint to taste
