Ricotta with Honey & Lemon
This Ricotta Honey & Lemon Dip combines creamy ricotta with the sweetness of honey and the brightness of lemon, with an optional hint of fresh thyme or mint for extra aroma. Light, refreshing, and versatile, it’s perfect as a snack, appetizer, or accompaniment to fresh fruit, crackers, or warm bread.
INGREDIENTS :
1 cup ricotta (smooth and well-drained)
2 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
Zest of ½ lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Optional: fresh thyme leaves or chopped mint to taste
[ serves 4-6 people ]
STEPS :
Whisk ricotta with honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt until smooth
Fold in optional thyme or mint
Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with extra honey, and serve with fresh fruit, crackers, or warm bread
