INGREDIENTS :

Shells :
8–10 ready-made cannoli shells

Filling:

500g ricotta cheese, drained
100g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g chopped pistachios (plus extra for garnish)
Optional: 1 tsp lemon zest

Finishing:
Icing sugar for dusting
Extra chopped pistachios
