These Mascarpone Berry Tarts combine smooth, creamy mascarpone with the fresh, vibrant sweetness of mixed berries. Light, elegant, and visually stunning, they’re perfect for afternoon tea, dessert tables, or special occasions.
INGREDIENTS :
4–6 small tart shells (store-bought or homemade)
250g mascarpone cheese
2–3 tbsp sugar or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Optional: mint leaves for garnish
[ serves 4-6 people ]
STEPS :
In a bowl, whisk mascarpone with sugar (or honey) and vanilla until smooth and creamy
Spoon the mascarpone mixture into each tart shell
Arrange fresh berries on top and garnish with mint leaves if desired
Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving
