INGREDIENTS :

150g Pecorino (aged, cut into wedges or cubes)
150g Pepato (with black peppercorns, cut into rustic chunks)
1 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
½ cup dried apricots (or other fruit to taste)
½ cup roasted almonds
Assorted crackers (almond or rustic-style)
Optional: drizzle of honey or a spoon of fig jam]
