INGREDIENTS :

250g mascarpone cheese
3 large eggs, separated
100g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200ml strong coffee, cooled
2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
200g savoiardi (ladyfinger biscuits)
Cocoa powder, for dusting
