INGREDIENTS :

200g halloumi, sliced
150g feta, cut into chunks
Olive oil or a non-stick pan for frying
Freshly ground black pepper
Sea salt
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Optional: fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
