This simple ricotta, honey, and red grape toast celebrates the natural sweetness and creamy texture of fresh ingredients. Served on hearty wholemeal sourdough, it’s a versatile dish perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light, refreshing snack any time of day.

INGREDIENTS :

4 slices wholemeal sourdough bread
200g fresh ricotta cheese
1 tbsp manuka or any preferred honey (add more to taste)
1 cup red grapes, halved
Optional: a pinch of black pepper or a few fresh mint leaves
